The collaborative will host a study break at the library on “Reading Day,” December 11, 2018. at 11 AM. This session features a professional meditation instructor from Mainline Mediation who will lead an introductory meditation session for all Saint Joseph’s University students.
This program introduces students to a mindfulness practice for stress reduction. Meditation can provide students with powerful tools for coping with stress, anxiety, and personal growth. Healthy snacks will be provided.
